Had such a lovely experience at Lotus Korean Restaurant in Ithaca! The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything we ordered was really well prepared, and the portions were just enough. The tokebokki and chicken wings were so delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re in Ithaca and looking for authentic, comforting Korean food, I definitely recommend giving Lotus a try. Would happily come back again!

The food is really nice. Bburinkle fried chicken is crispy crust covered with cheesy seasoning, savory-sweet creamy flavor, absolutely irresistible. The seafood pajeon is perfectly cooked! The edges are golden and shatteringly crispy, while the center stays tender and chewy. Loaded with fresh squid and juicy shrimp, balanced with fragrant green onions. Dipped in tangy soy dipping sauce, every bite bursts with rich umami. An ideal starter to share. The signature bulgogi is fantastic! Thinly sliced tenderloin soaks up the house special soy marinade with well-balanced sweet and savory notes. The beef is incredibly tender and flavorful without being dry. It tastes perfect paired with rice.

Lovely dining area, inside and out. Plenty of room, aesthetically pleasing, clean and attentive service. Appetizer of wings were the best we have ever had - they should offer a sauce sampler!! Food is amazing!

Wonderful service, lovely atmosphere, and incredible food. On top of that, there are vegetarian & vegan options, and the pricing is fair! I had a delicious meal & experience that was absolutely worth my while. Plus, the owner is a total gem. I can't believe I haven't tried this place sooner!

I've been to the Lotus a few times and love it everytime. I've tried food from their main menu and tapas menu. The main dishes are amazing and their variety is great - you really can't go wrong with any of the options, especially the fried chicken which is unlike anything else you can get in Ithaca. But I especially LOVE the Tapas. The plates are cute and so delicious. Great for sharing and when you're not sure exactly what you want, you can get a little bit of everything. I've seen some other reviews that show concern about the service but I've had no issues and have a positive experience everytime.
